Abstract

Unconditional basic income – the tool for elimination of social accidents. – The paper introduces a conception of Universal basic income. First part presents its traits and historical roots. Next part concentrates on an issue of moral argument for implementing basic income. And the last, main, section focuses on six features of the basic income supporting for the elimination of social accidents.
