Abstract

Family Living Situation after Anticipated Loss of a Child. – This study results from a qualitative study, which explores the experience of outliving mothers and families. The author presents the three periods of adapting to the anticipated loss of a child and specific needs of families after bereavement, who often have problem with socializing and have lost hope in normal life. The author also deals with the only organization in Czech Republic for helping families after bereavement – The Long Way Association.
