M. J. Erickson: Truth or Consequences: The Promise and Perils of Postmodernism. – The motivation for writing the book was Erickson’s observation that many comments and reactions to postmodernism were either uncritically accepting or strongly negative. The author’s effort, therefore, is to 1) balance these extremes and 2) give a constructive Christian response to postmodernism.
