Abstract

Onticity and Ontology of addiction. – The text is oriented to the field of addiction treatment in terms of onticit and ontological. The importance of equivalent view to the diagnostical and following therapeutical thinking in terms of Cartesian conception of medical methodology and phenomenological temporality of human thought as the theory of internal perception of time is supported by presented cases with diagnosis – gambling. Man existing as an individual in society and the whole world is in claim of bio-psycho-social-spiritual transgenerational transmissions, but not having only onticital, but also significantly existential ontological dimension. Addiction is presented here as a violation of the unity of man and the world, not just having the character changes in the genetic makeup of humans. The aim of this work is highlighting the importance of the phenomenological thinking: temporality in the context of the person’s habitual movement with addiction in the diagnostical and therapeutical process and alerts on unilateral medical model, although completely fulfilling the requirement of a scientific approach.
