Abstract

Turnaround education including its impacts on application of control in education. – The attention is devoted to social crisis, the increase of worrying phenomena during the last decade, disrupting usual assurances. The crisis is often explained economically; a different approach emphasizes the failure of a man, who by means of his life is the cause of the crises, as well as its victim. It is supported by phenomena of reductionism and individual hedonism. – To face the crises and to search the ways to rectification is a challenge for education. The theme of turnaround pedagogy is established, some of its inspiration sources are characterized. The topics for the turnaround education are elaborated under concepts identity course, compassionate mind, freedom confirmed by responsibility, inwardness, journey of personal maturation.
