Abstract

Dear readers,

in this year’s first issue of our e-journal, we bring contemplation of Professor Radim Palouš on the issue of European tradition keyword – Logos. Using exegesis of classical texts, Miloš Bednář embarks on a journey to explore the whole issue of life and its meaning. Tereza Králíčková diagnoses Cartesian neurosis of modern humanity. In a thorough study, that we decided to publish completely, Monika Zimovčáková considers the problem of freedom by Erich Fromm. Finally, Zuzana Svobodová brings cross-section of the European philosophical tradition on the issue of Time.
