Philosophical Problems of the Spontaneous Cognition and the Cognition of the Common Knowledge in Context of Shaping of the Epistemical Identity. – The topic is handled by three points of view determined by three important philosophical theories: Husserl’s phenomenology, Gadamer’s hermeneutics and the philosophy of Martin Buber and Emanuel Lévinas. There are identified the main conceptual problems of the education transmision of the knowledge which is influnced by the communication potential of the (generaly accepted) meaning and the potential of the individual to create his/her own pre-concetual knowledge.
