Dear readers,
before we managed to publish this number of the e-journal PAIDEIA due to technical problems, we learned the sad news that the nestor of Czech philosophy of education Prof. Radim Palouš had died on 10th September 2015. This year he would turn 91 years.
Apart from a retrospective of this significant personality of the Czech philosophy we bring the contribution of Sven Rücker who pursues time and justice. Extensive study of Pavel Pavlovský is focused on mental illness and privation of home. Prof. Hogenová brings attention towards decision at the end of life, and Zuzana Svobodová writes about the task of hesitating and making decisions.
Prof. Palouš is commemorated in this issue by two texts: an article by David Rybák and an obituary by Zuzana Svobodová.
