Abstract

The publication Chapters in Creative Music Activities (2024) presents an interdisciplinary perspective on creativity in music education, exploring both theoretical and practical foundations. The authors integrate insights from neuroscience, music psychology, and technological innovations with specific pedagogical approaches. The book offers a theoretical reflection on creativity in music education, an overview of current research, and practical model situations that support students' musical creativity. A key aspect of the publication is the emphasis on the teacher’s role, including the prevention of vocal fatigue, and the integration of creative musical activities within a holistic educational approach. The text responds to contemporary challenges in music pedagogy and provides inspiration for innovative practices in both Czech and international contexts.
