PERMA5 – důkazy podložený rámec podpory well-beingu zaměstnanců vysokých škol

Abstrakt

Zabývání se otázkami duševního zdraví mezi akademickými profesionály a personálem univerzit vyžaduje nasazení pozitivní psychologie a iniciativ podporujících pozitivní vzdělávání a pozitivního zdraví. Tento výzkumný projekt se soustředí na validaci škály The Employee Well-being Scale na českých univerzitách pro budoucí národní hodnocení s cílem zhodnotit well-being zaměstnanců univerzit a podpořit navrhování efektivních intervencí pro zlepšení bio-psycho-sociálního zdraví akademického personálu na základě výsledků hodnocení. Vycházejíc z nové teorie well-beingu PERMA5, která nově zahrnuje autenticitu jako klíčový stavební prvek, tento výzkumný projekt prezentuje komplexní rámec pro podporu well-beingu v akademickém prostředí. Škála The Employee Well-being Scale obsahuje 78 podkategorií hodnotících well-being zaměstnanců univerzit prostřednictvím mechanismu sebehodnocení na škále 0 (nejsem spokojený/á) – 10 (jsem absolutně spokojený/á). Výzkumný projekt si klade za cíl podpořit iniciativy v oblasti well-beingu ve vysokém školství v České republice a pomoci systematicky měřit well-being zaměstnanců univerzit po celém světě, přičemž přispívá k celkovému zlepšení kvality života akademických pracovníků.
